A gorgeous kitchen, restored and renewed. Green materials and new appliances. The details are marvelous. The river rock backsplash is unique and in sync with the surroundings.

Open concept with intimacy still in tact. A home built for entertaining or a quiet night in.

Gorgeous apron sink, new fixtures, tons of counter space.

Watch the ferries and orcas as you dine. Sunset dinners while the smell of salt water lingers in the air.

The current owners of this incredible property have paid meticulous attention to salvaging, reusing, recycling, and repurposing at every opportunity. While all the windows in the home are new, the window that was once in this space was repurposed as the garden shed window. This is a lifestyle home built for a lifetime.

The main floor boasts a gorgeous and private office or studio space. Private French doors to the deck, views to the north and west, and incredibly generous spatially.

Privacy windows face south.

A welcomed space atop the stairs. A reading nook, a work space, a spot to take in the Olympic Mountains and sailboats passing by.

An expansive master is the ultimate beach house escape. Pitched ceilings, clean white lines, built in storage, and views out every window.

Love the detailed ceilings, restored floors, and soft light that fills the entire room.

Cross the creek twice on your way to the water.

The Fauntleroy Creek was in need of full restoration. The community pulled together with large help from the homeowners to bring this creek back to life, creating a haven for wildlife to seek refuge. Coho salmon find their way back to the creek every November, and otter regularly visit, creating slides into the creek. The sound of running water echoes along the path and through the property. It's magical and serene, and unique in every way.

And just beyond the trail, the Puget Sound awaits.

Vashon Island, the Olympic Mountains, eagles, otter, and orcas keep this vibrant beach exciting. At low-tide, explore the sea floor and see urchins and starfish clinging to the pier pilings. The salt in the air lingers and passers by take in the beauty of the surroundings. Where the creek meets the water's edge, an estuary is created for birds to seek refuge and calm water. This property is more than a home on the water, it's an experience one must have in person to fully appreciate.

View from the home as one head's back from the beach.
