A big property, a big family, and a big send off!

Lauren Jones and I truly enjoyed listing and selling this special property in Woodinville. We both grew up in Woodinville and yet we were stunned to see such a unique equestrian paradise existed right in the heart of Bear Creek.

The property was purchased and closed in January for $1,150,000. The new owners plan on building an equestrian center and we look forward to seeing that endeavor develops. But in the meanwhile, Lauren and I wanted to give the Rosato Family a great send off!

With Superbowl weekend approaching, we decided to fly up their daughter, Nessa, who is attending Scripps in Claremont. We surprised the family with super-photographer, Bre Thurston, who took family photos as a way for the family to say thank you and goodbye to this special place.

And I would like to personally say thank you to Carolee and Steve Rosato, our clients, and their big beautiful family, for entrusting us through the journey of selling this magical piece of paradise.

Every client is different and as a realtor, I am honored to be a part of such a personal experience of selling a home. I love being part of this chapter of my clients' lives. No two experiences are the same.

Here's to many more success stories to 2015!
